As we are ‘All Ears’ and all our pieces are earrings, they are non-returnable for strict hygiene reasons.
If your item is received damaged, please reported within 2 Working days of receiving the package, and as all items are recorded delivery, please provide your order details and any pictures, and provide as much detail as possible in the 'Contact Us' section below.
Ear Pantry do not cover the postage cost when returning a damaged item or cancelling an order for a refund or exchange.
All cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis but are not guaranteed.
Where we have none of the same stock available for damaged exchange we will offer an alternative of similar price piece or store credit.
Any item returned as part of a promotion offer '3 for 2' or buy 1 get one free item (s), the value of the free item (s) or discounted item will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or maybe billed separately.
Please note we are not able to accept returns for items purchased at any pop up stalls or sample events.
