Returns
As we are ‘All Ears’ all pieces are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Exchange/Refund only if received damaged and all damaged items have to be reported within 2 Working days of receiving the package to qualify, All items are to be returned to us via recorded delivery. Refund requests will be reviewed and customer contacted within 5 working days and any refund due will be processed within 5 working days once item has been received back to Ear Pantry.
Cancellations
Any orders that have been dispatched, once received will need to be returned in the original packaging and buyer will have to pay to return to the sellers address. All returns are required to be sent back to Ear Pantry via recored delivery. Please contact us via the ‘contact us’ page via email to advise of the reference of the order of cancellation and the tracking number of the return and once received the item back to us, we will refund the transaction fully within 2-3 working days.
All cases will be dealt with on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
Lost Items
If any Item has been confirmed as posted but lost in transit, Please contact Royal Mail to resolve the issue in the first instance.
